公司于 1999年开始建设，2002年6月正式投产。拥有先进的轧机生产线，既可以轧制螺纹钢，又可以轧制盘条。其主要产品包括6.5mm的盘条，8mm、10mm、12mm、14mm、16mm、18mm、20mm、25mm的螺纹钢。设计年生产能力为盘条+螺纹钢30万吨；同时还拥有EPS板材成型机组和压型板成型机组，可以生产彩钢板、复合板各种规格的C型钢和包边、阴角、阳角、底槽、檐口等。主要产品为0.26mm、0.36mm、0.426mm、0.6mm、0.8mm彩钢板，50mm、75mm、100mm复合板。设计年生产能力为彩钢板3百万平方米，复合板3百万平方米。
